The terms “you” and “your” refer to the prospects, customers, and users visiting and using the Website to check and avail of our flight booking services online or through our travel specialists over the phone or email. The terms “third-party company”, “vendor”, “supplier” and “suppliers” refer to airlines, consolidators, Global Distribution Systems, insurance companies, and other companies that Travanya works with to bring you the best flight-booking services. If you avail of our services or talk to our travel specialists for bookings, you comply with our agreement (collectively referred to as the “Terms of Service”) without any condition or modification, thereby agreeing to its terms and conditions.
In case you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Please note that we reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the agreement without prior notice, and your continued access or use of this website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified agreement.
Downloading, displaying, and copying any part of the content (services displayed and the way they have been displayed) on the Website is strictly prohibited. You are forbidden to republish, transmit, sell and translate the Content into any language. You are forbidden to replicate and reframe any portion or page of the Website.
Travanya strives to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. In case of disputes, we will try our best to resolve the same at the earliest possible. By agreeing to the T&C, you agree to cooperate with us while we look into the matter to settle or claim pertaining to the Website, its content or services, dealings with our travel specialists or suppliers, and the Privacy Policy.
In the event of any dispute, the dispute shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by Travanya in the country and state chosen by Travanya and the matter shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Travanya’s choice of courts.
The airlines may require passengers to present a copy of both sides of the credit card (with CVV blacked out) that has been used to book their travel if the actual credit card owner is not travelling with them. A written statement from the cardholder attesting to the authenticity of the purchase and the passenger's name as well as travel details may also be required during the airport check-in. The passenger (s), if not accompanied by the credit card holder, may be denied boarding on failure to present these documents.
Kindly read and note the terms & conditions for amendment in bookings and purchases, while making the booking or purchase, which may vary for each product and service. If you don’t find any terms and conditions regarding the amendment policy, you may not change your booking or purchase online. Kindly call our customer care team to know the amendment policy and make the necessary amendments.
You are required to provide us with correct and verifiable information while making flight reservations & tour package bookings. No misrepresentation of facts is entertained at Travanya. We reserve the right to cancel your booking in case of any default on your part. If your request for booking a trip is found to be unauthorised, or your information is found to be incorrect during or after our booking and ticketing process, Travanya at its sole discretion can cancel the booking without notifying you and without any liability to recompense the loss caused to you or refund against cancellation. You agree not to hold Travanya liable for any loss in the event of cancellation.
Most airlines do not accept unfair booking practices such as hidden-city ticketing and back-to-back ticketing. These are strictly forbidden practices which result in booking cancellation, denial of boarding, or additional cost. Make sure to check the relevant airline’s terms of service and comply with the same while booking an itinerary with Travanya. If you are found to indulge in those forbidden practices, we too have the right to cancel your booking with the relevant airline. No request for a refund is acceptable in this case.
Cancellation of bookings and cancellation policy differ for each product or service. when you make a booking, kindly view the terms & conditions of each product or service, which reflects the cancellation, and refund with booking terms & conditions. You can cancel the purchased product or service online on our website – www.travanya.ae. If you find difficulty in cancelling, you can get the same cancelled by calling our customer care team. Cancellation at your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked & purchased.
There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilised or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions while making the purchase.
You agree to bear the full cost of any booking, cancellation and administration fees for any products or services booked but not utilised for any reason. in some cases, Travanya may charge cancellation or amendment fees in addition to those imposed by travel services providers.
Travanya reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages or compensation. in such an event, Travanya shall refund to you all unutilised money collected from you for that purchase.
For bookings and purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the refund policy, mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the booking or at the time of purchase). For air tickets, it may take between 30-45 working days and for hotels, it may take between 10-15 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. Refund policy may vary for every product and service.
The preceding refund timeline is a guide for your reference only and shall not be binding upon Travanya.
You agree that multiple duplicate bookings for the same traveller(s) are not allowed and may result in damage and loss to Travanya which you will bear in full.

Travanya is not liable for any claims against non-fulfilment or unsatisfactory fulfilment of products and services purchased on your behalf by Travanya from these third-party providers and distributors, such as, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, tour operators, car rental companies, insurance companies, and other entities. Sometimes, hotels, when they are in an overbooking situation, move the booked passengers to some other hotel and also with the airlines and other service providers may overbook passengers on their flights or re-schedule flight times, in such incidents, Travanya takes no responsibility and should not be liable for any losses, damages that may take place due to the above situation. Scheduled flights are often cancelled under various circumstances like bad weather, natural disasters, bankruptcy, etc.
A booked itinerary is not confirmed until it is ticketed. Sometimes, airlines revise the fare of ticketed itineraries. Travanya is not liable for the fare revision. We make sure to notify customers about the revised fare of their confirmed itineraries. If the fare is increased after revision, you have the right to cancel the confirmed booking or you can agree to pay the additional amount. The relevant airline may accept your refund request in the event of cancellation, depending on its policy.
By our terms and conditions, you acknowledge not sharing the confidential details of your e-Ticket with any third party. Any third party may misuse the information for some illegal purpose or personal benefit if the confidentiality is breached. Travanya must not be held liable for any claim or consequence. Only you are considered liable in this case.
If any third party uses your trip ID from the e-ticket and cancels the flight reservation, you may not be entitled to a refund. We don’t guarantee a refund too.
Travanya strives hard to make the flight booking & tour package booking process super easy and convenient. We may accept or reject your request to book an itinerary depending on the availability of the itinerary.
The ‘booking’ confirmation is also subject to your acknowledgement to comply with our terms of service. We may, in our sole discretion, update or modify the booking process, without any liability to notify you of the same. Any change or update in the booking process is automatically effected once implemented.
Once the e-ticket is issued on purchase of your requested itinerary, your name, the preferred destination and other details may not be changed.
You are required to book a trip using your credit card if you plan to fly within a week following the booking. The name on the credit card must be identified with your name.
All prices displayed for the products and services on Travanya are subject to change without prior information or notice and prices You see while making the booking may not be final until the full payment for the product or service is made at the end of the booking process.
Prices on Travanya shall be inclusive or exclusive of booking fees, hotel taxes, airport taxes, port taxes or any other applicable government taxes (GST And VAT), etc. Availability of any product or service is subject to change at any point in time even while finalising the booking, which can lead to price variation, depending upon the basis of available room type in the hotel, flight booking class, cruise cabin, etc at that point in time.
We charge a service fee for all the online and offline booking of itineraries. The service fee applies to all passenger-type tickets (infant, child, adult) and all trip-type tickets (one-way, round trip, multi-city trip) per traveller.
All airfares & packages include the service fee. It is billed per traveller for value-added services like 24-hour customer support over the toll-free phone, ticketing support, technology support, etc. Airfares & Packages include service fees in the range from AED 0 to AED 100 depending on ticket type, fare type, travel class Name, destinations, hotels, activities, routes, and seasonality. When you opt for payment in a different currency, the service fee charged will be converted as per the applicable currency exchange rate.
Last-minute booking for emergency travel entails an additional processing fee. We implement additional security measures to protect you from fraudulence in case of last-minute bookings. These measures include customer identity verification, fraud prevention tool, alert on fraudulent billing, authentication of UCCCF form and others. Therefore, we charge an additional processing fee to recover the cost of securing last-minute booking to some extent.
We may revise the service fee for usual bookings and an additional processing fee for last-minute bookings at any time. Service fees and additional processing fees are nonrefundable even if you change or cancel your tour package booking at the last minute and flight booking directly with the airline. Please call us if you have any queries regarding the agency service fee while booking your tickets & packages.
The coupons and promotions are valid only for a limited time and Travanya reserves the right to modify or cancel the coupons at any time without any prior notice.
We market and promote our and our partners deals, discounts and coupons on our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), through our website, blog, and via emails to our registered customers and subscribers. We never authorise any third party or company to market our deals and coupons whenever available. Deals and coupons for Travanya found on third-party portals are neither valid nor authentic.
It is a mandatory requirement for most of the countries; foreign nationals coming into the country must hold a passport with a validity of a minimum of 06 months. Visa and health regulations are different from country to country. It is the sole responsibility of an individual traveller to ensure the submission of complete documentation and medical requirements to the country embassy/consulate they are visiting. Travanya takes no responsibility for any rejections or declines of the visa issuance due to any reasons.
Travanya reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be liable for any resulting claims for losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, Travanya shall refund to you all the unutilised payment collected after deducting the booking fee/administration charges/cancellation charges (if applicable) for that purchase.
